Dr. Cindy Quach, ND (Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine), BSc (Molecular Biology & Biochemistry)
Dr. Cindy Quach ND, BSc. is only the second licensed Naturopathic Doctor in all of southeast Alberta and the only woman licensed Naturopathic Doctor in Medicine Hat bringing over 20 years of experience in private practice.
She has amassed an encyclopedic knowledge in; Women’s Health, Fertility, Digestive Health, Children’s Health, Diabetes, using Food as Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity.
Dr. Quach practices using proven, evidence based methods which, may include a variety of options such as laboratory testing specific to your treatment, if not already completed. Treatment may also include a variety of proven methods such as; Herbal medicine, Dietary and Nutrition recommendations, or Lifestyle changes geared specifically to your goals and abilities. It may also include Classical Homeopathy, Acupuncture, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Nutraceuticals, or other forms of Naturopathic Medicine that have been proven safe and effective*.

She has lectured in front of thousands of people from school district teachers and staff, corporations, recreation facilities, religious groups, women’s and mother’s groups, and the general public.
Dr. Quach is married with two children. Her hobbies include; whole foods cooking, food preservation and fermentation, permaculture gardening and “spending lots of time with family, creating lasting memories”. Prior to starting a family and having children, she also regularly taught Whole Foods cooking classes.
