Dr. Cindy Quach ND, BSc. is Medicine Hat’s one and only female, registered Naturopathic Doctor bringing 21 years of clinical experience in private practice.
She has expertise in treating complex cases having amassed an encyclopedic knowledge in; Women’s Health, Fertility, Digestive Health, Children’s Health, Diabetes, using Food as Medicine, Anti-Aging and Longevity. Many people seek out Dr. Quach’s knowledge after struggling for many years with conventional treatments that prove non-responsive.
Dr. Quach practices using proven, evidence-based methods which, may include laboratory testing specific to your treatment. Treatment may also include a variety of proven methods such as; Herbal medicine, Dietary and Nutrition recommendations, or Lifestyle changes geared specifically to your goals and abilities. Dr. Quach is married with two children. Her hobbies include; whole foods cooking, food preservation and fermentation, permaculture gardening and “spending lots of time with family while creating lasting memories”. Prior to starting a family and having children, she regularly taught Whole Foods cooking classes and led Lunch ‘n’ Learn health workshops for local businesses.
